Returns and Refunds

• At Lifesprout we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you can return it under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Return Process

• Contact Us: Email us at contact@lifesprout.co.nz to initiate a return.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Pack and Ship: Pack your item securely and include your proof of purchase. Ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
  

Refunds and Exchanges

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• If you prefer an exchange, please specify the new item you wish to receive in your return request.
